GoToaPRO.com is NOT a home improvement contractor, GoToaPRO.com is a free
contractor referral service whereby you may enter a request for a free quote for
a product or service related to home improvement and that information is
transferred to a home improvement contractor who provides the service or product
you requested a quote on, and who does so in the same general geographic area as
the address listed in your free quote request.
GoToaPRO.com is NOT responsible for any damages or problems arising from or
in connection with work performed by a contractor referred by GoToaPRO.com to a
consumer.
Free Quote Request
We request information from the consumer when a consumer is requesting a free
quote on a product or service, such as ( name, address, telephone number etc)..
A user must provide detailed information about the Free Quote Requested,
including the location where the service is requested and information about how
to contact the person who is requesting the service. No financial information
(such as credit card number, expiration date, debt card numbers, checking
account numbers etc) is collected. This information is used to match consumers
with appropriate service professionals. The information may also be used to
contact the consumer to verify or clarify their Free Quote Request. This
information is provided to an appropriate type of contactor who services the
geographic area where the Free Quote Request is located. This information is
provided to contractor(s) such that the contractor can contact the consumer who
completed the Free Quote Request in order that they may offer a free price
quote, free product demonstration, or other arrangements agreeable to both the
consumer and contractor. Consumers are urged to inquire with contractors
regarding their individual privacy policies.
Third Party Advertisers
GoToaPRO.com does not share Web site usage information about users with third
parties for the purpose of targeting our Internet banner advertisements and
there are no third party advertisers collecting information from visitors to GoToaPRO.com
Sharing of Consumer Information
We share personal information, such as telephone numbers, physical
addresses and email addresses only when an approved member of our service
professional network matches the geographic proximity and the product
preferences as provided by the consumer during their free quote request. No
personal information is shared if there is not a match between the Free Quote
Request submitted by a user and a member of our service provider network.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data tied to information about the user and stored on the
user's computer. We do not use cookies in any form.
Business Transitions
In the event GoToaPRO.com goes through a business transition, such as a merger,
being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users'
personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.
Users will be notified via email and a prominent notice on our Web site for 30
days prior to a change of ownership or control of their personal information. If
as a result of the business transition, the users' personally identifiable
information will be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of

marketing material from GoToaPRO.com as a result of your request for a free
quote on a product or service. It should be noted that the only consumer
information in our database is that which is provided to us willingly by
consumers, if you do not want to have your information in our database then the
best choice is not to provide it in the first place, however consumers may
request their information be removed from our database after the fact, at any
time.
